1. Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Embio Diagnostics.

This policy explains your rights to refunds and returns under EU and Cyprus consumer law.

There are two main types of returns:

• Change-of-mind / right of withdrawal (within 14 days)
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

2. Your Legal Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order — without giving any reason.

How to exercise this right

To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing (email or letter) within 14 days of delivery:

You may use the EU's standard withdrawal form (optional), or simply send us an email stating:

• Your name and address
• Order number and date
• Item(s) you wish to return

3. Conditions for Change-of-Mind Returns

To be eligible for a refund:

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
• All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.
• The product must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

If the item is returned in a condition that prevents resale (e.g., damaged, incomplete, used), we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-built or personalized products
• Software, digital content, or downloadable files (once accessed or activated)
• Products that have been opened, used, or contaminated for hygienic or safety reasons

4. Return Shipping Costs

If you return a product due to a change of mind, you pay the return shipping costs.

If you return a product because it is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.

Always contact us before sending a return so we can confirm the correct process.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
• We will process the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned goods
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued

We cannot refund any delivery charges if only part of the order is returned, unless required by law.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or not functioning properly, please contact us immediately at contact@airbeld.com

We will:

• Ask for a description or photos of the issue.
• Offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the case.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order through our online store.

8. How to Return a Product

1. Contact us at contact@airbeld.com to initiate your return.
2. Repack the product securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
3. Attach the return label (if provided) and ship it to the address we confirm by email.
4. Keep your postal or courier receipt until your refund is processed.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

• Check your bank or PayPal account again.
• Contact your card issuer — it may take a few days before your refund appears.
